80% beef, 10% bone and 10% offal, (liver and kidney), with seasonal vegetables including broccoli, green beans, peas, salmon oil and sea kelp

Moisture 64.2%.
 
Preperation
Cut through packaging whilst still frozen and peel off before defrosting. Store in a sealed container. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and best to use within 3 days.
Can be defrosted enough to re-portion and refreeze, if required.
Normal Hygiene rules apply for preparing and handling fresh/raw ingredients. Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling.
