Dispatches​
​​
We ship mainland orders across the UK via a Next Day courier service using DPD and FedEx. Raw feeds are packed in temperature-controlled boxes with thermal liners.
​
Whilst we use a Next Day service, during busy times or due to courier delays, delivery may take up to 48 hours.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and will be automatically applied at checkout.

Orders are posted out Monday-Thursday, excluding bank holidays.​

Our current timeframe for dispatch is 1-3 working days. Orders are then shipped with a Next Day delivery service.

​DPD Saturday Delivery
​
We now offer a DPD Saturday delivery service as a premium shipping option, available at an additional cost (see rates above). Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 10am on Thursday.

While we aim to fulfil all Saturday delivery requests, please note that we are a small family-run team. In rare cases where order volumes are exceptionally high, we may need to downgrade your delivery to the next working day. This would only happen in exceptional circumstances, and you will be notified in advance. If this occurs, the difference in delivery cost will be refunded to you.

Delivery process
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery address details (e.g. full postcode) are entered correctly at the point of checkout, these cannot be amended once your order has been processed.

Our delivery partners (DPD and FedEx) will contact you by email/text to notify you they have your order and provide a delivery window. You are able to track the progress of your parcel via the link sent by our delivery partners.
You will be given the option to leave your order in a safe place if you are not in. Once our delivery partners have provided us with proof of delivery, we cannot be held liable for doorstep thefts or missing parcels. We highly recommend you always nominate a safe place or have your order delivered to an address where it can be received at the point of delivery. Our delivery partners no longer provide the option of re-delivery to an alternative address, so please ensure you enter the correct information at checkout. It is not possible to nominate an alternative delivery date once your order has been placed.
DPD and FedEx do not deliver on Bank Holidays, nor do not they ship to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or Scilly Isles. If an order is due to be delivered to one of these locations, it will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Receiving your goods

*It is safe to refreeze defrosted raw feeds - We will not automatically refund defrosted goods as long as the meat is still cold*

Orders are sent out in temperature-controlled packaging, and whilst we make every effort to ensure your goods arrive fully frozen, sometimes conditions beyond our control mean orders can arrive defrosted. Feeds are packed in ice, so as long as the meat still cold, it is safe to refreeze. We can not refund partially or fully defrosted items that have arrived in a reasonable delivery timeframe.

Orders with less than 15kg of raw food may not stay fully frozen during delivery. Smaller quantities are more prone to thawing in transit. While this is rare, it’s safe to refreeze defrosted raw feeds. By ordering a smaller amount, you accept this risk.

Damaged or spoiled goods
​
In the unlikely event that any part of your order arrives damaged or spoiled, photographic evidence of the feeds and packaging must be provided within 12 hours of receipt of goods. We will asses the evidence of the affected feeds and come to an appropriate resolution
