Nationwide Frozen Courier Service

We offer nationwide frozen delivery across mainland UK using DPD and FedEx. You can select your preferred courier service at checkout.

All raw feeds are packed in temperature-controlled packaging to help maintain product quality during transit.

Delivery Charges

​

Frozen delivery charges start from:

​

• Standard Delivery – from £8.50

• Next Day Delivery – from £11.50

• Saturday Delivery (DPD Only) – from £14.50

​

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

​

• order weight,

• delivery service selected.

Standard Delivery​

​​

Standard delivery orders are dispatched Monday–Thursday (excluding bank holidays).

​

Our current dispatch timeframe is approximately 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, deliveries are typically made on a next working day service, although during busy periods or courier delays, delivery may occasionally take up to 48 hours.

Next Day Dispatch​​​

Next Day orders must be placed before 10am Monday–Thursday.

​

Orders placed after 10am on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.

​

Next Day orders are dispatched Monday–Thursday only (excluding bank holidays).

​DPD Saturday Delivery​

​

We offer a premium DPD Saturday delivery service for customers requiring weekend delivery.

​

Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 10am on Thursday.

​

While we always aim to fulfil all Saturday delivery requests, during exceptionally busy periods we may occasionally need to move delivery to the next available working day. If this happens, any difference in delivery cost will be refunded automatically.

Delivery process

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details and postcode information are entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been processed, delivery details cannot be amended.

​

DPD and FedEx will notify customers by email and/or text message once parcels have been dispatched and will provide tracking information and delivery updates.

​

Customers must choose to leave parcels in a nominated safe place. Once proof of delivery has been provided by the courier, we cannot accept responsibility for theft, loss, or damage after delivery has been completed.

Please note:

​

• Courier companies do not offer delivery date changes once parcels have been dispatched.

• DPD and FedEx do not deliver on UK bank holidays.

• We currently do not ship to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, or Scilly Isles. Orders placed for these locations will be cancelled and refunded.

​Receiving Your Order​

​

All orders are packed using temperature-controlled packaging and cooling materials where required.

​

While every effort is made to ensure products arrive fully frozen, occasional thawing can occur during transit due to factors outside our control.

​

Raw feeds that are still cold upon arrival remain safe to refreeze.

​

Orders containing smaller quantities (particularly under 15kg) may thaw more quickly due to reduced thermal mass. By placing smaller orders, customers acknowledge and accept this possibility.

​

If customers request changes to their delivery date, delay delivery directly with the courier, or reschedule delivery after dispatch, they do so at their own risk. By making changes to the original delivery schedule, customers accept full responsibility for any impact this may have on the condition of their order upon arrival, including partial or full defrosting.

​

In the unlikely event that any goods arrive damaged or spoiled, photographic evidence must be provided within 12 hours of delivery.

​

Photographs must clearly show:

​

• all affected items,

• the internal packaging,

• and the outer packaging.

​

All affected products must be clearly laid out and clearly visible in the photographs provided.

​

Once the evidence has been reviewed, we will assess the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.​
