DPD Nationwide Courier Service

 

We have increased our shipping fees in line with rising costs and inflation. Please see below.

We ship mainland orders out across the UK via DPD courier service. Raw feeds are packed in temperature controlled boxes with thermal liners.

 

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and will be automatically applied at checkout.

​

Orders are posted out Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

​

Minimum order value £15. Orders of raw food below 10kg may not remain fully frozen in transit. It is safe to refreeze partially defrosted raw.

Our current timeframe for dispatch is 1-3 working days. Orders are then shipped with DPD Next Day delivery service.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery address details (e.g. full postcode) are entered correctly at the point of checkout, these cannot be amended once your order has been processed.

20KG - 40KG - £9.50

40KG - 60KG - £12.50

60KG - 80KG - £20.50

80KG + - £26.50

 

 DPD will contact you by email/text to notify you they have your order and provide a one hour delivery window. You are able to track the progress of your parcel on a map, counting down to a 15 minute delivery window.

 

You will be given the option to leave your order in a safe place if you are not in. Once DPD have provided us with proof of delivery, we cannot be held liable for doorstep thefts or missing parcels. We highly reccommend you always nominate a safe place or have your order delivered to an alternative address where it can be received at the point of delivery. DPD no longer provide the option of re-delivery to an alternative address, so please ensure you enter the correct information at checkout. 

 

DPD do not deliver on Bank Holidays. 

 

DPD do not ship to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Scilly Isles.
